HOTEL STAY REGULATIONS WITH PETS
RECEPTION CONDITIONS
- The condition for accepting pets is to notify the Guest’s arrival with a pet at the time of booking and obtain the Hotel staff’s consent for its stay. This requirement ensures the safety and comfort of other guests and technical conditions of the facility.
- If we are not informed about accompanying pets, we may not be able to provide an available room or approve the pet’s stay.
- Only domestic animals are allowed in the Hotel. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse admission to animals commonly considered dangerous or aggressive, including reptiles, arachnids, and dog breeds recognized as aggressive (according to the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of April 28, 2003, regarding the list of dog breeds recognized as aggressive).
- The pet owner is required to have an up-to-date vaccination booklet for the pet and present it upon request by the staff.
- Pets should be taken out under the supervision of the owner or an authorized person in a manner that prevents their escape, damage to hotel property, or posing a threat to other people and animals on the hotel premises. Dogs should be walked on a leash and, upon explicit request by the staff, with a muzzle.
- Pets are allowed in the hotel only in designated areas. Specifically, pets are not allowed in the restaurant.
NOISE AN DISTURBANCES
- Animals staying on the hotel premises must not disturb other guests, especially during the night. Please ensure that your pet does not create noise.
- If hotel staff have reasonable suspicions that an animal left in the room is disrupting peace, damaging hotel property, or could pose a threat to themselves or other guests, the hotel reserves the right to enter the guest’s room, with possible assistance from relevant services, and remove the animal. All costs incurred from these actions will be covered by the pet owner.
HYGIENE AND CLEANLINESS
- The owner of the animal is responsible for cleanliness after it, both in the room and in common areas, as well as on the hotel premises.
- Cat owners must have a litter box with litter and empty it daily into a plastic bag, which they will then dispose of in the container indicated by the staff.
- Cleaning of the room where the animal stays occurs only in the presence of the owner. Please contact the reception to schedule the cleaning time.
RESPONSIBILITY
- The owner is responsible for any damages and contamination caused by their animal. They are obligated to cover all costs associated with removal or repair. All damages to hotel property or other guests’ property caused by animals will be assessed by the hotel management, and the costs will be borne by the pet owners.
- Animals must remain under the supervision of their owner throughout their stay at the hotel.
- Regarding the responsibility of the owner for their pets and any damages caused by them, Polish legal provisions, including the Civil Code and the Animal Protection Act, apply.
FEES
- The fee for an animal’s stay is PLN 70 per day.
- In the case of a cat’s stay, a refundable deposit of PLN 500 is collected.
